I know that might look like a weird sentence, but seriously, pick one up sometime. I have some from the late 60’s. The women are… flawed. And yet they are so much more beautiful than the girls in the magazines now. There is no airbrushing. Women have “a little extra” and some have stretch marks on their hips. They have body hair, and they have curves. They have substance. It’s fantastic. I wish I lived in a world where those things were still valued and marketed as such.
I’ve been in love with Zoey ever since I met her. When she got out of her dad’s car, I saw her standing there and I rode my bike into that stupid flag pole. I was in love with Zoey before I hit the ground, and I don’t think that feeling’s ever gonna go away.
